Savage Linear Guild

It was fun to make Savage Worlds stats for The Order of the Stick. So I have made some more stats for  The Linear Guild – a the rival organization of the Order of the Stick, specifically designed to be the Order’s evil counterpart. The Guild was assembled by Nale when he was hired by Xykon to kill the Order of the Stick.

  • Nale, the evil twin brother of Elan and a Lawful Evil Fighter/Rouge/Sorcerer
  • Thog the Chaotic Evil Male Half-Orc Barbarian who embodies the “Fighters are Dumb” steroetype
  • Zz’dtri is a Neutral Evil Drow Wizard who happens to wield two scimitars
  • Yikyik a Kobold (1) with a personality that very much is a mirror-image of Belkar but a far more competent Ranger
  • Sabine, a red-hot Chaotic Evil Female Succubus (2)
  • Hilgya Firehelm is a free-spirited Evil Dwarf Cleric of Loki

NOTES

(1) Yikyik is a Kobold (New Race) Agile, Infravision, Short

(2) Sabine is a Demon/Succubus. In order to make her as a playable character I used the rules for demons as a player race from the Horror Compendium (but added Curse as a Hindrance so it wasn’t totaly over-powered) and Rune Punk Malakar Edges for all the extra abilities. Also she got an Special Ability to make Life Drain (as the Succubus from Fantasy Companion).

(3) Arcane Rules; (New Edge) Requirements: Arcane Background (Magic), Knowledge (Arcana) d12; May Chose Powers of one Rank higher than normal.
Zz’dtri is reported to have older versions of certain spells so I made this new Edge that resembles Edges that allows Characters to chose Combat Edges of a higher Rank. This allows Zz’dtri to have af Fly spell.

(4) Flesh To Stone is a signature spell of Zz’dtri. I found the rules for it on savageheroes.com where Bill ‘JB’ Littlefield has posted Savage Spells (D&D Spells in Savage Worlds).
